Lots of 10 reasons why.

Fri Nov 27, 2009, 9:23 AM
Thanks for the idea, Mika. ;) Now I'm going to spend the rest of my life pondering why I love the things I love most. Like so. <3 I love being so addictive. Rah, rah, rahrahrah. . . Oh yeah, Lady GaGa. For sure. ;) She's the only hiphop artist I like. FTW.

Fullmetal Alchemist
1. Because it's creative. There has literally never been an anime/manga series like this one.
2. Only one of the female characters is useless. And I'm glad she exists - because all of the fanservice is pushed onto her.
3. None of the characters are ridiculously grief-stricken emos.
4. The villains, though you want them dead at the same time, are sickeningly cool. You have to like them. And come on, who else has had the homunculi/Seven Deadly Sins?
5. Royai. Speak for themselves.
6. They don't focus too much on unnecessary shounen.
7. Arakawa keeps to the story instead of getting sidetracked.
8. She doesn't put the story on hiatus ever.
9. The story hasn't dragged on for too long.
10. All of the characters have personalities. :D

MasonxIsuzu.
1. Because Mason Isaias, in all of his 6'3'', lanky-muscled, brown casual disarray hair, piercing eyes glory, is a sexbomb.
2. Because Isuzu Idriya is not an idiot and can stand up for herself.
3. Neither of them have to sparkle in the sun to show their love for each other.
4. Instead of giving up on life without each other, they move on. Like normal people.
5. She is not smitten by him just because he's good looking. And neither is he.
6. She can nearly match up to his narcissistic attitude. Nearly.
7. She doesn't cheat on her husband for him, even though she wants to.
8. He literally does not have the capacity to love anyone else.
9. Because their story is so, so, so, so, SO sad, yet so grand at the same time.
10. Hmm. The rain scene, the phone booth scene, the scene where she turns him down. . . Yeah, good times.

When life offers you a dream so far beyond any of your expectations, it is not reasonable to grieve when it comes to an end!!!

Haha, no problem. :D
Dude, throughout the first day I read it, I couldn't function. My mind was enveloped in the thought that Riza is dead/dying. I was at work, and I couldn't concentrate to save my life. Someone would be talking to me, I'd look up and be like, "... What?" It was horrible.
I'm still devastated! I can't wait until next chapter. It's literally killing me. o_X
:icongreen-raincoat:
Nuuu. I don't want to think about the time left still to waiiitttt. : (

And and and...EVERYTHING IN THAT CHAPTER WAS EPIC!! Ling was so mad...it's so sad. I have this terrible feeling that everyone's going to die or something.

BUT LOL! Hoenheim's been eaten by father. xD

Man, despite the fact that it's terribly depressing, I really really respect Arakawa-sensei for writing it the way she has written it. I think it adds this dimension of realism that most mangas lack, and I really appreciate it almost for just that alone.

I know! It is amazing in general...... And freaking Al? Oh dear, he's my second favorite character of all time! I hope he gets his body back. D:
Hohenheim getting eaten by Father... Harharhar. Yeah, that was epic. I wouldn't really care much of Hohenheim died though, despite how horrid that is to say. :/
Ling was so awesome! I'm a little worried about his fate though, since he's a homunculus and all. :/
I've got predictions that Riza will live, but other characters...... Hohenheim, Izumi probably too, will die. AT LEAST I'M HOPING SHE'LL LIVE. D<
